With over 700 member companies at Certified EO, we needed a scalable, productized solution that allowed clients to host completed projects and upload custom content completely on their own.

I collaborated closely with our developer to design the EO Base Builder—a dual-facing digital ecosystem:

The Dashboard (Admin Tool): A modular CMS where members can toggle layout sections, manage language variants, generate embed codes, and track real-time analytics.

The Public Portal (Client Page): A clean, responsive frontend featuring interactive elements like a built-in "Wealth Calculator," multimedia grids, and resource libraries.

By shifting from static templates to a customizable product framework, we empowered 700+ member organizations to self-manage their employee ownership communications. This drastically reduced internal support tickets, gave clients total ownership over their brand narrative, and drove long-term retention by making our overall membership significantly stickier.
